The number of faculty of School of Management of Xi’an University of Finance and Economics is 98, among which 97 are full-time teachers. There are 11 professors, 29 associate professors and 12 graduate student advisors for both doctor and master students. 9 teachers in the faculty have doctor’s degree and 61 have master’s degree. The number of full-time students is 2374 that are studying in 50 classes. The major of Business Management (which includes Finance Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management) is a graduate-level major, and School of Management also has six undergraduate-level training programs, namely Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Tourism Management, Engineering Management and Agricultural Economics Management. School of Management has a key research base of Shaanxi Philosophy and social science-Modern Business Management Research Center of Xi’an University of Finance and Economics, which undertakes many projects of both national level and provincial and department level and has obtained fruitful research outcomes. In the recent 5 years, teachers of School of Management has undertaken or hold 59 projects which are above departmental level, among which 4 are national level research projects and 28 are provincial level. Meanwhile, they have published 6 monographs and 445 academic papers. Of all the papers, 3 are published in authority periodicals and 187 are published on core periodicals. The teachers are also 2 rewards for outstanding teaching outcomes of Shaanxi province and 6 awards of university level. Besides, 3 research projects obtained the awards of outstanding research outcome of Shaanxi province.
